Clause 42
A system of sewage removal may be applied to a certain area
(1)
The Director may at any time apply any system of sewage removal to such houses, lands, buildings and tenements as he thinks fit and may levy such fee for each water-closet or urinal as may be prescribed.
(2)
Such fees shall be payable by the occupier of the premises so served and shall be recoverable in the manner provided under section 152 of this Ordinance.
