Clause 3

Amendment of section 4

Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or of the City Council” appearing in the second line of subsection (6) thereof;

(b)

by inserting immediately after the word “employee” appearing in the fifth and sixth lines of paragraph (ii) of subsection (12) thereof the words “or an employer”; and

(c)

by deleting subsection (13) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(13) The members of the Board and the employees thereof, of every description, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code.”.
