Clause 121
Appointment of Director of Primary Production
(1)
The Yang di-Pertuan Negara may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint an officer to be called Director of Primary Production, in this part referred to as the Director, to carry out the provisions of this part of this Ordinance.
(2)
The Director may, subject to such condition or restriction as he thinks fit, delegate to any officer in Division I of the public service employed in the administration of this Part of this Ordinance any of the powers, functions and duties vested in him by sections 122 to 127 of this Ordinance.
