Clause 128

Appointment of Chief Fire Officer

(1)

The Yang di-Pertuan Negara may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint an officer, to be called the Chief Fire Officer, to carry out the provisions of this Part of this Ordinance.

(2)

The Chief Fire Officer may, subject to such conditions or restrictions as he thinks fit, delegate to any public officer employed in the administration of this Ordinance all or any of the powers, functions and duties by this Ordinance vested in him.
