Clause 70
Penalty for opening markets without licence
(1)
Any person who without a license therefor establishes or uses any market shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars and shall be also liable to a further fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for every day during which the offence is continued.
(2)
Any person who sells or exposes for sale in an unlicensed market any animal or articles intended for human food shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars and to a further fine not exceeding fifty dollars for every day during which the offence is continued after conviction.
