Clause 71

Director may charge rents and fees in respect of markets

(1)

The Director may, with the approval of the Minister, charge such rents, tolls and fees as to him seems fit for the use of or right to expose goods for sale in markets built and maintained by the Government and for the use of shops, stalls, sheds, pens and standings therein.

(2)

All such rents, tolls and fees shall be recoverable from the persons liable to pay the same in the manner provided under section 154 of this Ordinance.
