Clause 79

The provisions of subsections (2) to (4) and (6) to (9) of section 77 of this Ordinance shall apply mutatis mutandis to any person who, being licensed under section 77 or 78 of this Ordinance to set up any stall, table, showboard, vehicle or receptacle for the purpose of selling or exposing for sale any food or drink or any other goods or to act as an itinerant hawker, as the case may be, contravenes any regulations made under this Ordinance for the control of hawkers.
