Clause 5

Amendment of section 19

Section 19 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(i)

by inserting immediately after the word “moneys” appearing in the second line of paragraph (b) thereof the expression “or moneys administered by the Government”; and

(ii)

by inserting immediately after the word “moneys” appearing in the second line of paragraph (c) thereof the words “or moneys administered by the Government”.
