Clause 110

Restriction on the erection, etc. of wharves or docks

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Foreshores Ordinance (Cap. 246), no plans and specifications for the erection, within the port or the approaches to the port, of a new wharf or dock or for the re‐erection, extension or alteration of the same shall be approved under the said Ordinance without previous reference to, and the concurrence of, the Authority:Provided that where the Director of Public Works is not satisfied with the grounds of any objection raised by the Authority, he may refer the matter to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
