Clause 122

Court for trial of offences under this Ordinance

(1)

Any offence under this Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder may be tried by a District Court and, unless the context otherwise requires, by a Magistrate’s Court.

(2)

All fines imposed for any offence under this Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder shall be paid into the funds of the Authority.
