Clause 30

The Authority shall, upon the incorporation of the Company, advance to the Company such sum as the Authority considers necessary for the provision of capital upon such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine, and may, from time to time, advance such further sums as may be requested by the Company, upon such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine.
