Clause 53
Remission of dues
(1)
The Authority may, if it thinks fit, remit the whole or any part of any port dues or pilotage dues paid under this Ordinance.
(2)
The Minister may, after consultation with the Authority, exempt, upon such conditions as he may impose, any vessel or harbour craft or classes thereof from any port dues or pilotage dues payable under this Ordinance.
