Clause 68

Execution of orders

(1)

All acts, orders or directions by this Part of this Ordinance or regulations made thereunder authorised to be done or given by a particular employee of the Authority may be done or given by any other employee of the Authority authorised in writing in that behalf by the Authority.

(2)

Any person authorised to do any such act may call to his aid such assistance as is necessary.
