Amendment of section 152

Section 152 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Port Officers” appearing in the third and fourth lines of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “the Superintendent”; and

(b)

by deleting the expression “Port Offices, and all Port Officers, their” appearing in the second and third lines of subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the expression “Mercantile Marine Office and all Mercantile Marine Sub‐Offices, and the Superintendent, his”.
