Clause 22

Amendment of section 266

Section 266 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Port Officer” appearing in the marginal note thereto and substituting therefor the word “Director”; and

(b)

by deleting the expression “Port Officer, if she is in any port, or otherwise to the Master Attendant” appearing in the eighth and ninth lines of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Director”.
