Amendment of section 291

Section 291 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Port Officer” appearing in the marginal note thereto and substituting therefor the word “Director”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Port Officer” appearing in the second line thereof and substituting therefor the word “Director” and

(c)

by inserting immediately after the word “port” appearing in the third line thereof the words “or place”.
