Amendment of section 445
Subsection (2) of section 445 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the words “Master Attendant” appearing in the fourth line thereof and substituting therefor the expression “Seafarers’ Welfare Board constituted under the Seafarers’ Welfare Board Ordinance, 1956 (Ord. 34 of 1956)”.
