Amendment of section 490

Subsection (2) of section 490 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the expression “39 (3)” appearing in the second line thereof;

(b)

by deleting the expressions “262,” and “419,” appearing in the third line thereof; and

(c)

by deleting the expression “445 (9)” appearing in the fourth line thereof.
