Clause 3
Extension of time for the completion of registers of electors
Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of section 15 of the Singapore Legislative Assembly Elections Ordinance the revision of the registers of electors for the year 1962 shall be completed on or before the 30th day of June, 1963, or such later date in the year as the Minister may appoint for the purpose by notification published in the Gazette.
