Clause 7

The Minister may by order prescribe charges to be paid in connection with the use of any parking place. An order made under this section shall be published in the Gazette and shall come into operation on such publication or at such later date as may be prescribed therein and a copy of every such order shall be exhibited on or near any parking place to which the order relates.
