Clause 8

Section 19 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) For the purpose of hearing appeals from the decisions of the Chief Assessor of which notice has been given under section 11 or section 17 of this Ordinance in the manner hereinafter provided there shall be a Valuation Review Board, hereinafter referred to as the “Board”, consisting of a Chairman and not more than six other members all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister.”.
