Failure to employ Authority pilot under certain circumstances
The master or owner of a vessel navigating in circumstances in which the vessel is required by the Authority, under section 72 of this Ordinance, to be under pilotage who does not employ an Authority pilot for such purpose shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
