Clause 105

Penalty for giving false information as to draught of vessel, etc

Any master of a vessel entering or leaving or intending to enter or leave any dock, or come alongside or depart from any wharf, who gives false information of the draught, length or beam of such vessel to any employee of the Authority whose duty it is to ascertain the same, shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
