Clause 123

Public Prosecutor or Authority to sanction prosecution

(1)

No proceedings for an offence punishable under this Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder shall be instituted, except by or with the sanction of the Public Prosecutor or the Authority.

(2)

Any employee of the Authority or any police officer may conduct such prosecution on behalf of the Authority.
