Clause 130

Saving of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance

Save as otherwise provided, nothing in this Ordinance shall extend to repeal or alter any of the provisions of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance (Cap. 207), or to exempt the Authority or the wharves, docks or other works belonging to it from the provisions of the said Ordinance.
