Power to vest reclamations in the Authority
(1)
Any wharf, dock or other public work constructed by the Government along, across or extending out from the foreshore situate within the limits of the port and the land on which the same is constructed, and any land reclaimed from the sea, and any part of the foreshore situate within the limits aforesaid, may be vested in the Authority upon such terms and conditions as the Minister may determine.
(2)
Nothing in this section shall be construed as authorising the vesting in the Authority of any foreshore otherwise than in accordance with the Foreshores Ordinance (Cap. 246), unless the same is not subject to public rights or unless it is intended to vest the same in the Authority subject to public rights.
