Regulations regulating pilotage and conduct of pilots
(1)
The Authority may make regulations for regulating pilotage in any pilotage district and, notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (5) of section 34 of this Ordinance, for the maintenance of good conduct and discipline of Authority pilots and for matters relating to their duties.
(2)
The Authority may, in making any regulations under this section, provide that any contravention of or failure to comply with any regulation shall be an offence and may prescribe as a penalty in respect of any one offence a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars.
