Amendment of section 291

Section 291 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Port Officer” appearing in the marginal note thereto and substituting therefor the word “Director”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Port Officer” appearing in the second line thereof and substituting therefor the word “Director”; and

(c)

by inserting immediately after the word “port” appearing in the third line thereof the words “or place”.
