Amendment of section 420
Section 420 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Port Officer” appearing in the marginal note thereto and substituting therefor the word “Director”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “The Port Officer may” appearing in the first and second lines thereof and substituting therefor the expression “The Director may, outside the limits of any port or of the Admiralty Waters within the meaning of the Admiralty Waters Ordinance (Cap. 72),”.
