Clause 11
Employer, contractor and employee not liable to pay Central Provident Fund contributions
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Central Provident Fund Ordinance, no employer, contractor or employee shall be liable to pay contributions under the said Ordinance during any period that the employee is in receipt of payments under the provisions of subsection (1) of section 13 of this Ordinance (Cap. 150).
