Employee not entitled to certain benefits
During any period that the employee is in receipt of payments under the provisions of subsection (1) of section 13 of this Ordinance, he shall not be entitled to any benefits in respect of holidays and annual leave as provided in sections 46 and 47 of the Labour Ordinance, 1955 (Ord. 40 of 1955), in sections 40 and 41 of the Shop Assistants Employment Ordinance, 1957 (Ord. 13 of 1957) or in sections 36 and 37 of the Clerks Employment Ordinance, 1957 (Ord. 14 of 1957), or to any award made under the provisions of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1960 (Ord. 20 of 1960).
