Clause 9

Within seven days of the determination by the Director of the relevant date under section 5 of this Ordinance, the employer shall furnish a banker’s guarantee acceptable to the Director to the effect that he is able to meet his full liability under subsection (1) of section 7 of this Ordinance as may be determined by the Director, in default of which he shall pay the full amount in respect of such liability to the Director.
