Clause 2

Subsection (1) of section 2 of the Planning Ordinance, 1959 (hereinafter in this Ordinance referred to as the “principal Ordinance”), is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the definition of “Municipal Provident Fund” appearing therein the following new definition: —“ “occupier” includes any person in actual occupation of land or premises or any person having the charge, management or control of the land or premises either on his own account or as an agent of another person, but shall not include a lodger;”.
