Clause 3

The principal Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 4 thereof the following new section: —“Rules as to the execution of documents4A. The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make rules in regard to the execution of instruments of any description, the issue of any document and the signing of cheques and as to the proof of documents purporting to be executed, issued or signed by the Board or a member or officer thereof.”.
