Amendment of section 17
Section 17 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “rules” appearing in the first and in the fifth lines thereof and substituting therefor the words “standing orders”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “rules” appearing in the second and in the fourth lines of the proviso thereto and substituting therefor the words “standing orders”.
