Clause 6

Section 22 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(2) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister (except in the case of leases from month to month), sell, surrender, lease or exchange any land or building belonging to the Board, either in block or parcels upon such terms and conditions as the Board may think fit.”.
