Amendment of section 28

Section 28 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “judge” appearing in the third line of subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Board”;

(b)

by deleting the word “court” appearing in the fourth line of subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Board”;

(c)

by deleting the word “judge” appearing in the second line of subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Board”;

(d)

by deleting the word “court” appearing in the third line of subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Board”; and

(e)

by deleting subsection (4) thereof.
