Clause 16

Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “court” wherever it appears therein and substituting therefor the word “Board”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “eight” appearing in the sixth line thereof and substituting therefor the word “six”.
