Amendment of section 40
Subsection (2) of section 40 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after the comma appearing in the fourth line thereof the expression “or if possession of the land has not been taken by the Collector,”; and
(b)
by deleting the expression “make any application under section 19” appearing in the second and third lines of the second proviso thereto and substituting therefor the expression “appeal to the Board under the provisions of section 23 of this Ordinance”.
