Clause 8

Powers of veterinary authority

(1)

Any veterinary authority may at any time enter and examine any land, building or premises for the purpose of ascertaining whether —

(a)

such land, building or premises is being used for the purpose of the manufacture, processing for sale or sale of simple feeds, mineral mixtures, food concentrates and compound feeds; and

(b)

any offence against this Ordinance or any rules made thereunder has been or is being committed.

(2)

The Director may at any time enter —

(a)

any premises used for the storage, manufacture and sale of animal feeds; and

(b)

any vehicle used for the transport of animal feeds,for the purpose of inspecting the condition of storage compartments, animal feeds and to take samples thereof.
