Clause 13

No person shall land from any ship or remove from any aircraft, train or vehicle the carcase of any animal or bird without the written permission of a veterinary authority who may give directions in writing as to the manner of its disposal.

Any person landing or removing the carcase of an animal or bird in contravention of subsection (1) of this section or who fails to comply with the directions in writing of a veterinary authority, given under the provisions of the said subsection, shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both such fine and imprisonment.
