Clause 16

The owner or person in charge of any animal or bird who wishes to export such animal or bird to the States of Malaya shall produce evidence in writing of the permission of the State Veterinary Officer or the Director of Veterinary Services, States of Malaya, to import the animal or bird into the States of Malaya before any licence under the provisions of section 15 of this Ordinance is issued.
