Clause 32

The owner or person in charge of any animal or bird that has died from disease or has been destroyed by order of a veterinary authority shall burn or otherwise dispose of the carcase thereof in accordance with the written directions of the veterinary authority.

Any person who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with any written directions given by a veterinary authority under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
