Clause 47

No compensation shall in any case be payable to any person in respect of the destruction of any animal in pursuance of an order made under paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 45 or in accordance with written directions given under subsection (1) of section 46 of this Ordinance or in compliance with a request in writing to an officer in charge of a veterinary centre as provided for in subsection (2) of section 45 of this Ordinance by any person professing to be the owner of such animal.
