Clause 55

Any person who without lawful authority alters any licence or permit issued under this Ordinance or knowingly makes use of any licence or permit so altered shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both such fine and imprisonment.
