Clause 61
Action to be at risk and expense of owner
(1)
Any action taken under the provisions of this Ordinance or of any order, rule or direction made or given thereunder in respect of any animal, bird, carcase, article, building or conveyance shall be at the risk of the owner thereof.
(2)
No liability shall attach to the Government or to any officer thereof in respect of any expense, loss, damage or delay arising in or from the lawful exercise of the powers under this Ordinance.
