Repeal and re-enactment of Article 90
Article 90 of the Constitution is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Amendment of Constitution90.—
(1)
The provisions of this Constitution may be amended by a law enacted by the Legislature.(2) In this Article “amendment” includes addition and repeal.”.
