Clause 22

Subsection (2) of section 24 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after paragraph (b) thereof the following new paragraph: —“(ba)notwithstanding anything contained in section 19A of this Ordinance, where the sale is a sale of machinery or plant, the special allowances provided under that section shall continue to be available as if no sale had taken place;”.
