Amendment of section 44

Section 44 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting subsection (3A) thereof;

(b)

by deleting the words “Government of the Federation” appearing in subsection (4) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Government”; and

(c)

by deleting the proviso to subsection (5) thereof.
