Clause 14

Amendment of section 30

Section 30 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “relating to any matter which would entail an expenditure of public funds or with regard to which the Yang di-Pertuan Negara is required under the provisions of the Singapore (Constitution) Order in Council, 1958, to act on the advice of the Public Service Commission or the Legal Service Commission”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note “S.I. 1958 No. 1956.” thereto.
